For this reason, every business needs strong relationships and communication mechanisms in place if it is to succeed, meet deadlines, and surpass goals. I once worked for a business venture where I didn’t get enough information during the onboarding process. I was forced to receive information from the wrong sources or not at all. This led to poor deliveries and the inability to meet targets by myself and my team. It affected the output of the whole organization at large.
